The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading in Nature at its forthcoming 13th Annual General Meeting to be held on a date to be announced.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the abovementioned proposal together with the Annual Report 2023 will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
