Pursuant to Paragraph 10.08(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Mr D.I.Y. Management Two Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 5 January 2023, entered into Sale and Purchase Agreements with Y5 Development Sdn. Bhd. and U & Location Sdn. Bhd. to purchase 80 units of foreign workers quarter under the Centralised Labour Quarter/Pusat Asrama Pekerja Asing (“PAPA”) project @ Balakong located at Lot PT 60812 (HSM 23176), Jalan Suria Park 1, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor for a total purchase consideration of RM13.2 million (“Acquisition”).
