PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 3,144,186,250 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN MDGM ON THE BASIS OF 1 NEW ORDINARY SHARE FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN MDGM HELD ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER ("PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE")

We refer to the announcement dated 25 April 2022 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of MDGM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the additional listing application in relation to the new ordinary shares in the Company to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 9 May 2022.
