On behalf of the Board of Directors of MDGM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of up to 3,144,186,250 new ordinary shares in the Company on the basis of 1 new ordinary share in MDGM for every 2 existing ordinary shares held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Bonus Issue”).
