Offer Of Options Under MDGM's Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS")

Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 6 October 2020 issued by MDGM (“Prospectus”).

On behalf of the Board, the Joint Principal Advisers wish to announce that the ESOS has taken effect on 22 October 2020 after obtaining all required approvals and complying with the relevant provisions of the Listing Requirements. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Listing Requirements, MDGM wishes to announce that the Company has on 23 October 2020 offered a total of 46,700,000 ESOS Options to the eligible Directors and employees of the MDGM Group, pursuant to, and further details of which are set out, in Section 4.2.5 of the Prospectus.
