We refer to the announcements dated 25 April 2022, 9 May 2022, 17 May 2022, 23 May 2022, 24 May 2022, 3 June 2022, 8 June 2022, 9 June 2022 and 23 June 2022 in relation to the Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of MDGM, CIMB wishes to announce that the Bonus Issue has been completed following the listing of and quotation for the 3,142,166,292 new ordinary shares in the Company on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 24 June 2022.
