We refer to the announcements dated 25 April 2022, 9 May 2022, 17 May 2022, 23 May 2022, 24 May 2022, 3 June 2022, 8 June 2022 and 9 June 2022 in relation to the Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of MDGM, CIMB wishes to announce that 3,142,166,292 new ordinary shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 24 June 2022. The enlarged number of ordinary shares in MDGM in issue will be 9,426,498,992 shares.
