The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval on the following proposals at its forthcoming 11th Annual General Meeting to be held on a date to be announced:- (1) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading in Nature; and (2) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority.
