Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had via its letter dated 28 June 2019, agreed to accept a public shareholding spread (“PSS”) of 15% for the Company as in compliance with Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

As at the listing date of the Company, the level of PSS of the Company was 15.02%.

Following the announcement made by the Company on 25 August 2021 (referenced number CS2-25082021-00102) in respect of the change in the interest of substantial shareholder pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016 relating to the disposal of shares by Hyptis Limited, the level of PSS of the Company based on the Record of Depositors as at 27 August 2021 is 21.09%.
